30-Day Return Period
You may return your wall clock within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and hardware included.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your wall clock must meet all of the following conditions:
- The clock is in new, unused, and undamaged condition
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- All components, accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware are included
- All tags and labels are attached and unremoved
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
- The clock has not been installed or mounted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized wall clocks
- Special order items made to your specifications
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Products returned without original packaging or components
How to Initiate a Return
To return your wall clock, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Step 3: Receive return authorization and detailed instructions from our team
- Step 4: Carefully package the clock in its original packaging with all components
- Step 5: Ship the item to the return address provided in your authorization
- Step 6: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are determined by the reason for the return:
- Change of Mind: If you are returning the product due to a change of mind or preference, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Defective or Damaged Product: If the product arrives defective or damaged, Naturflushing will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Wrong Item Sent: If we sent you the wrong product, we will cover return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional charge.
Return Inspection
Once we receive your returned wall clock, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. This inspection typically takes 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email once the inspection is complete.
Refund Process and Timeline
If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your wall clock for a different model, size, or finish, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The exchange process is as follows:
- Contact us to request an exchange and specify the desired product
- Return the original product following our return process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement
- If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment
Damaged or Defective Products
If your wall clock arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. To expedite the process, please:
- Take clear photos of the damage or defect
- Photograph the packaging if it shows signs of damage
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos
Warranty Claims
If your wall clock develops a defect after the 30-day return period, it may be covered under our two-year limited warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us with your order number and description of the issue
- Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect
- Our team will assess the claim and provide a resolution
- Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
Australian Consumer Law
Our return policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
